We are ONE People, No matter how disfigured our Bodies Are or seem to look, among Kisswa Minds Programs we have the Disabled Camp program, this program is meant to create a relationship between the Eared Impaired, Physically Impaired, the Handicapped, and all kinds of people who have different Impairments with their bodies with the Normal to create a strong bond of interaction, sharing ideas, creativity and Innovativeness.
This a lone creates more hope in these people as they feel loved and not socially isolated, they feel Important and encouraged to chase over their dreams because they also have dreams. Demonstrate their abilities & Potential and also feel welcomed. In fact with this engagement we come to thy witness, testify and come to realize how closeness we are to God as he loves each one of Us, He created us in his own Image, therefore if we stigmatize and Isolate these people, we are running far a way from God.
On 12th/March/2022, Kisswa Minds Team Visited Masaka Vocational Rehabilitation Centre to practically and physically Communicate using Sign language with the Deaf in this area, this place houses these people and equips them with Vocational Skills which later are applied to earn a Living.
